Bringing with her a wealth of new flavours, Marianna Leivaditaki is our new executive chef. If you’ve not already eaten her food you’re in for a real treat as a range of tasty new things appear on our menu.
And if you like what you find, you can now book Marianna and the Kitchen Bar for your own event as she is taking bookings for Christmas parties, private events, and venue hire.
Mediterranean inspired dishes like vegetable tagine and grilled aubergine and labneh sandwiches join tasty dishes such as slow roasted chicken and potatoes, mighty burgers, folded eggs, hot brownies, fruit crumble and a range of other treats on the specials menu. Breakfasts and lunches are no-brainers and dinner is sorted too if you want to take home something tasty from the deli.
Marianna has been head chef at Morito on Hackney Road since it opened and so brings with her a wealth of culinary practice and acclaim. She’s shaping the team and training a new kitchen crew to deliver a super, new Mediterranean menu and a brand new service to match our new home. Once things are up and running you won’t see her behind the pass as much but never fear, she’s not far away and as executive chef will ensure the menu stays lively and seasonal.
